Lady (Dr.) Maria R. Onyia
Dr. Maria Onyia is an award-winning and certified educator, with a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Teacher Leadership from Walden University. She holds multiple California credentials in General and Special Education, Reading, and a Master’s in Education. As Vice-President (Administration) of TOL Consult USA and OrgLearning Nigeria, she provides leadership in teacher training and school consulting. A member of the California Association of Nigerian Educators and the California Association of School Administrators, Dr. Onyia actively supports educational development in Nigeria.

Mr. Samson Osagiede
Samson Osagiede is a dedicated educator with over eight years of teaching and administrative experience. He is well-versed in modern, differentiated instructional methods and has a strong background in curriculum design. With expertise in blending Nigerian and international education systems, he offers effective solutions in timetabling and program planning. Formerly a Principal and now Director of Programs, he brings a broad, strategic perspective to school leadership. Samson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Lagos.

Ms. Olayemi Osisanya
Olayemi is a seasoned educator and public administration professional with over 15 years’ experience in diverse fields of industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo and Master’s degree in Public Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology. Over the last 10 years, she has held leadership positions in top schools and within the education sector, working as Principal, Head of School, and External Examination Examiner in many organisations. She brings to bear a rare blend of world-class administrative finesse and cutting-edge educational management skills.

Mr. Udeme Ekpo
Mr. Udeme Ekpo is a highly experienced and results-driven education professional with a strong acumen for leveraging data to drive educational excellence, organizational development, HR strategy interventions, and performance management. His career spans teaching, training, human capacity development, and school management, with a proven ability to align institutional goals with impactful strategies. He has worked with leading schools/educational management organizations, where he has led initiatives that enhance overall staff effectiveness and operational efficiency; thus building sustainable systems that promote academic excellence and organizational growth.

Mr. Desmond Adeyemi
Desmond Adeyemi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over nine years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kogi State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Lagos. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and employee engagement, and he is currently advancing his expertise through a third degree in Human Resources Management, further reinforcing his commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.

Kehinde Madojutimi is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, auditing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has built a strong reputation for accuracy, integrity, and strategic financial insight. Kehinde has worked across various sectors, including education, consulting, and corporate services, where he has led teams in streamlining financial operations, enhancing internal controls, and supporting sustainable growth. His expertise spans financial reporting, tax planning, payroll administration, and risk management.

Mr. Kingsley Eze
Kingsley is the CEO of Tenece Professional Services Limited, an enterprise transformation and technology consulting firm, and the Founder of Genesys Tech Hub, a platform focused on innovation, talent development, and economic growth in Nigeria. He also serves as CEO of Private Estates International West Africa Ltd. Kingsley holds a B.Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School.

Mr. Frank Edozie
Frank Edozie is the Director of the Power Component at the UK Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF), a program funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) to support public infrastructure development in Nigeria. With extensive experience in oil and gas operations, project and IT management, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, he is passionate about driving meaningful change in Nigeria’s oil, gas, and energy sectors.

Jennifer Iwueze is a Research Specialist at Women’s World Banking, where she leads research and solution-driven projects to design financial products for low-income women in emerging markets. She has a strong track record in developing strategies aligned with business goals. She previously held roles at Marketing Support Consultancy Limited, Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, Nielsen, and Stanbic IBTC Bank. Jennifer is also the Founder and Managing Director of Broadsperk Consulting Nigeria.
